1) Is it true that ALL SNES consoles within a serial number range 'between UN318299752 and UN321238373' have the 1CHIP?

2) Regarding post #6, is it true that the second revision of the 1CHIP (1CHIP-02 versus 01 and 03) really eliminates the vertical bar or does the revision actually not even matter?Definitely looking into the SNES mini option as well (with RGB) but that is definitely a much more expensive route.
